Architectural and structural type of ship:
A single deck, a single screw boat with a propeller of fixed pitch, with a single-deck wheelhouse in middle body, with the aft located engine room.
The boat is designed to perform submarine technical and emergency-rescue works within seaport and its approaches up to the depth of 45 m.

Note: endurance can be increased to 350 miles by the proper increase of fuel tank. It will demand the additional charge.
1.4 Noise Level With full capacity and speed of the boat noise level in a wheelhouse is not more than 70dB.

2.Classification and Standards
2.1 A boat is constructed according to Class O.2,0 of the Russian River Register and under its survey. Regulations: Classification regulations and ship construction rules for the inland navigation of Russian River Register (hereafter called the "RRR").
Note: reinforcement to navigate in shattered ice was not, can be provided for additional charge.
2.2 A boat stability under any operational conditions is in line with the requirements of RRR qualified to the ships of class O.
2.3 Boat unsinkability is ensured in the case of drowning of any compartment.
3. Hull and Superstructure
A boat hull and watertight partitions are made of steel. A superstructure is made of alloy AlMg.
4. Painting
4.1 Outside painting
A boat is coated according to the painting scheme of ships intended for inland navigation. A boat colour is to be discussed with the Customer. Note: a hull can be coated with antifouling paints for additional charge.
4.2 Mast and Railings
Mast and railings are painted in black colour.
4.3. A hull and a screw-wheel complex is providing for the structural protection against corrosion.
5. Equipment
5.1. A boat equipment is installed according to the regulations in force and to the requirements of suppliers of equipment. A main engine is installed on shock-absorbers.
5.2 Mast The aluminium mast is installed rigid on the wheelhouse and equipped with the navigational lights and antennas. A construction ensures its bent.
5.3 Portholes
Hatches and portholes are marine and constructed watertight and have the dimensions corresponding the requirements of the regulations.
5.4 The doors are marine and watertight according to the regulations.
5.5. Windows are made of hardened glass and an aluminium frame. Width of windows corresponds to the requirements of regulations. Windows in wheelhouse are blown with warm air and fitted with awnings protecting against sunlight.
5.6 The main Deck
An upper deck is covered with non slip material. Bollard are constructed astern, amidships and at forebody.
5.7. Toilet and shower
Toilet and shower with hot water are constructed.
6. Equipment
6.1 Anchors
Two anchors provided for at forebody and astern.
A steel rope provided for as a anchor rope. Note: it is possible to use the anchor chain with arrangement of anchor box at extra cost.
6.2. Moorage equipment
Bollards - total 6 pieces. Mooring ropes correspond to the requirement of the RRR regulations.
6.3 Steering Gear
A steering gear is driven by the hand operated hydraulic machine of western firm. An emergency tiller provided for as an emergency transmission. A rubber blade will be protected against ice.
6.4 Navigational Equipment
The regulations of the RRR do not require the installation of magnetic compass and gyrocompass, GPS, radar and navigational fathometer and is not provided by the basic specification.
Note: the equipment listed above can be installed at additional charge.
6.5. Communication Equipment
The installation of Motorolla GM 350 - radio telephone station USW (ultra-short waves) and equipping with two GP portable radio stations of river range is provided.
Note: At additional charge there is a possibility of installation and taking into boat specification of one fixed marine and two portable radio stations.
6.6. Other navigational equipment
SARt McMurdo RT, EPIRB Mc Murdo can be installed at additional charge.
6.7 Loud speaker
Alarm acoustic system Smerch (spout) is provided.
Note: a system of type Raytheon RAY 340 can be installed at additional charge.
6.8. Navigation lights and Alarm System are provided according to the regulations.
6.9. Searchlights
On the roof a searchlight controlled from the wheelhouse, one searchlight on the deck at the stern and deck lighting can be installed.
6.11. Supply equipment
The following equipment will be delivered and installed:
First aid kit in a box - 1 clock in a wheelhouse - 1 barometer in a wheelhouse - 2 look-sees and their storage boxes - 1 oil canister - 1 brass bell with the name and manufacturing year of the boat.
7. Insulation and covers
7.1. General information
The application of thermo- and noise insulating materials ensuring the required protection of the crew and meeting the requirements of the fire safety and sanitation is provided for on a boat. Sides of a wheelhouse will be covered with light painted plywood. Ceiling will be made of leatherette. Floor will be covered with linoleum. All hatches and boxes are protected against sea impacts. A wheelhouse is fixed to the hull by paddy packing.
7.2 Wheelhouse
The control panel of wheelhouse is made of aluminium and furnished with plywood covered by melamine. The workplace of wheelman is fitted with the following instruments and indicators: control panel of the main engine with
- tachometer - oil temperature - oil pressure - temperature of cooling water - instrument panel of diesel-generator - engine control handle - steering pump and steering - wheel
In addition the control panel of the main engine will be fitted with:
- indicator of fuel level in a tank - indicator of wheel position - board of alarm signaling
7.3. The boat is equipped with railings in accordance with the regulations.
8. Systems
8.1 Ventilation
The compartment of engine, a wheelhouse, premise of the divers and cabins are aired by forced ventilation.
Ventilation of engine room occurs through waterproof canals corresponding to the requirements of the supplier of main engine.
8.2 Heating
The boat is fitted with a air heating system operating from the heater manufactured by western firm.
8.3 Fire Alarm System
A fire fighting in an engine room and afterpeak is fulfilled by means of fire station placed on an upper deck. A boat is fitted with a fire alarm system. Portable fire extinguishers corresponding to the requirements of the regulations are provided on a boat. All equipment is certificated.
8.4. A bow thruster made by Western company will be constructed on a boat.
9. Machinery
9.1 A main power plant consists of the engine of type Caterpillar (the USA) with cooling system, fuel and gas exhaust systems as well with remote control device.
An engine capacity is 153 kW (205 hp) by crankshaft rotation frequency of 2500 r/min, with fuel rate 170 g/hp.
9.2 Aids and Appliances
A diesel generator of about 8 kW made by Western company will be constructed.
Note: Will be used the electric compressor in order to supply the divers with the compressed air a diesel-generator of about 20 kW will be constructed at extra cost.
9.3 Electricity System
Electrical equipment, wiring and cables as well as the installation and the wiring work correspond to the regulations and are carried out under survey of RRR.
The mains are 380/220V 50 Hz of alternating current and 12/24V of direct current. The engine is equipped with a mounted generator of 2 kW.
10. Premises A boat is equipped with:
- resting rooms for a crew (2 persons) and divers (4 persons) with berths, tables and shelves. - wardrobes for storage and drying of wet clothes; - a room for divers
11. Equipment of Divers
11.1 A boat will be supplied with:
- diving station with 3 screw-bolt vented equipment made by Russian company; - decompression station RKUM: - launching and signal ropes, telephonic cables and diving cables and hoses up to 100 m long: - diving ladder; - decompression suspended seat; - diving telephone station - crane 160 kg
Note: a boat can be fitted with a diving equipment made by Western companies and telescopic crane about 300 kg at extra cost.
11.2 Diving Equipment System
11.3 A boat is equipped with a compressed air system of about 20 Mpa including:
- diesel compressor made by Russian company; - air purification and drying unit; - air distribution panels; - pipelines with valves, reducers and fittings.
Note: electric compressor with diesel-generator appropriate to it can be installed at extra cost. |
